Membership Options

Student: $60 per year (50% off regular membership) - member listing on website, including photo and/or descriptive paragraph.

Individual: $120 per year - member listing on website, including photo and/or descriptive paragraph.
Additional family members: $60 per year each

Business: $120 per year - member listing in up to 2 categories per business – includes logo, photo and descriptive paragraph. NOTE - One member cannot be listed under two separate businesses

Additional business listings for same member: $60 per year each
Additional business members / employees: $60 per year each

Payment Options

Online Payment Option:

Print application, complete and fax to: (317) 489-4358. Do not fill out Payment Information section. This information is used to create your Membership Directory listing(s).

Select Membership Level from dropdown list and click Add To Cart button. For additional memberships, select a level and click the Add To Cart button again.
To complete your order, click on Google Checkout button in the View Cart box at the top of the page.
